This live introductory session is designed for parents and professionals who are curious about looking beyond behaviours and strategies to understand development more deeply.
In this session, participants will explore why focusing on developmental growth rather than short-term behaviour management creates long-term change. Through case examples, short video clips, and lived experiences, you will gain insight into how resilience, flexibility, and emotional regulation develop through guided relationships.
Rather than offering quick fixes, this introduction invites you to step back, see the bigger developmental picture, and consider a different way of supporting children and youth with ADHD, autism, and learning differences.

RDI® trains you to build a child's emotional regulation, flexible thinking, and social referencing through everyday, guided interactions not isolated drills or one-off sessions.
RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention) is an evidence-informed, developmental model used internationally with individuals living with Autism, ADHD, developmental differences, and anxiety.
This training is suitable for:
Teachers and school staff who want to apply RDI®-informed strategies in the classroom.
Parents who want a deeper, structured understanding of RDI® to support their child at home.
Anyone working under the guidance of a certified RDI® Consultant, rather than practicing independently.
RDI® Professional Training 1 (Live Online)
Become an RDI® Certified Consultant. This first level starts you on the path to Professional Certification
