Most professional training focuses on behaviour.

RDI® trains professionals to guide emotional regulation, flexible thinking, and social referencing through relationships.

RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention) is an evidence-informed, developmental model used internationally with individuals living with Autism, ADHD, developmental differences, and anxiety.

This training is suitable for professionals who wish to:

• Reframe presenting behaviours through a developmental lens

• Actively scaffold regulation, flexibility, and problem-solving in practice

• Equip parents to function as effective developmental guides
