Grounded in the RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention) Approach
Supporting children and youth with autism, ADHD and developmental differences requires more than strategies. It requires a shift in how we understand growth itself.
The Guiding Development Series is a three-level learning pathway designed for parents and professionals who want to move beyond behaviour management and cultivate resilience, flexibility, and emotional regulation through guided relationships.
Participants can begin at any level, though the series is designed to build progressively from insight to application.
Discovering RDI®: The Relationship-Based Approach Transforming How Children Learn and Thrive
Online | 60 minutes
With Genevieve Chua (Educational Psychologist and RDI® Training Director for Southeast Asia and Australia)
This live introductory session is designed for parents and professionals who are curious about looking beyond behaviours and strategies to understand development more deeply.
In this session, participants will explore why focusing on developmental growth rather than short-term behaviour management creates long-term change. Through case examples, short video clips, and lived experiences, you will gain insight into how resilience, flexibility, and emotional regulation develop through guided relationships.
Rather than offering quick fixes, this introduction invites you to step back, see the bigger developmental picture, and consider a different way of supporting children and youth with ADHD, autism, and learning differences.

Experience the RDI® Approach: Unlocking Resilience, Flexibility, and Growth in Every Child
In Person | 1 Day
With Genevieve Chua (Educational Psychologist and RDI® Training Director for Southeast Asia and Australia)
This in person, hands on workshop is designed for parents and professionals who want to understand development beyond behaviours and strategies.
This one day experience focuses on how children develop resilience, flexibility, and emotional regulation through guided relationships. Participants will not only learn key RDI® concepts, but also experience them in practice through structured activities, reflection, and discussion.
Rather than focusing on what to make a child do, this workshop invites participants to slow down, notice more, and practise responding in ways that support long term developmental growth.
Multi-Session Experiential Series
From Managing Behaviour to Guiding Development
Applying the RDI® Approach in Everyday Practice
In Person | 2 Days
With Genevieve Chua (Educational Psychologist and RDI® Training Director for Southeast Asia and Australia)
This in-person experiential series is designed for parents and professionals who are ready to move beyond understanding concepts and begin applying them with intention.
Building on the developmental lens introduced in earlier levels, this series focuses on translating insight into daily practice. Participants will deepen their understanding of the guiding relationship and strengthen their ability to support regulation, resilience, dynamic thinking, and dynamic communication over time.
Through structured activities, video examples, guided reflection, and supported discussion, participants will practise observing interactions more carefully and responding in ways that foster long-term developmental growth.
Rather than reacting to behaviour in the moment, this series supports you in becoming a confident guide within the relationship.
